Signposting Health - We are now actively taking part in signposting health, all patients contacting the practice will be asked the reason for their appointment request to be able to signpost patients appropriately, reducing the need to book GP appointments unnecessarily and hopefully improving access for patients that really need to be seen For More Information click here
Wellness in Mind This is a service provided to support patients experiencing mental health issues in Nottingham, The service Provides a telephone helpline, accessible drop in, and signposting service for people seeking support with their mental health, appointments are available in the practice
Nottingham Alzheimer's Society The service offer offers information, advice and support for patients diagnosed with conditions affecting memory and their carers. STEPS - Up to one in four people will experience mental health problems at some point in their lives and it’s vital that the right services are in place to support them. Language and other cultural barriers can make it a real challenge to find the right support, which is where STEPS comes in. It’s a free service, aimed specifically at Nottingham’s local black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) communities. STEPS offers one-to-one and group support to people with mental health needs, which helps identify these needs and addresses them through personalised support plans. This in turn helps customers achieve greater independence and a sense of control.
Nottingham Signposting Service - The Nottingham Signposting Service acts as a Gateway to other local services in Nottingham
Nottingham Sixty Plus - The service is available to people aged over 60 who live in Nottingham City and need short term support to help them live independently. Although designed to provide short-term support, depending on an individual’s circumstances it can continue for a longer period.
Nottinghamshire Carers Hub - The service provide care and support to carers. They can provide assessments, counselling, support groups, breaks, access to health and wellbeing facilities, just get in touch
If you would like to make a complaint, please see the reception team for a copy of our complaints procedure. Complaints should normally be made within 12 months of an incident or of the matter coming to your attention.
Upon receipt of a formal complaint we will endeavour to respond within 3 working days to acknowledge your concerns.
We will aim to resolve this within 10 working days however depending on the circumstances this may take longer. If you do not with to complain direct to the practice, you can contact NHS England to raise your concerns.
